Sleep apnea Board decisions

The Board has determined that the Veteran's claim for an effective date prior to October 22, 2015, for additional VA compensation benefits is denied. The issue of whether new and material evidence has been received to reopen a claim of entitlement to service connection for obstructive sleep apnea is remanded.
