Traumatic brain injury (TBI) decisions — 2020

The Veteran's claim for a rating higher than 70 percent for PTSD was dismissed as the Veteran withdrew from appeal during an October 2019 Board hearing. The claims of entitlement to higher ratings for migraines, right knee degenerative joint disease, left knee degenerative joint disease, and residuals of traumatic brain injury are remanded.
