Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Board decisions

The Veteran's claims for hypertension, asthma, and migraine headaches have been dismissed. The Veteran was granted a 30% disability rating for his service-connected TBI from October 1, 2015 to June 24, 2016, during which time he was found unemployable due to his disabilities.

The Veteran's service connection claim for post-concussion syndrome, TBI with cognitive disorder is being remanded due to the need for a new examination and opinion regarding his neurological condition.
