Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Board decisions

PTSD has been rated at 70 percent since April 30, 2008.,TBI remains at 0 percent since April 2009.

The Board has remanded the Veteran's claims for service connection for residuals of a stroke, cervical spine disorder, right arm disorder, traumatic brain injury (TBI), headaches, and cognitive impairment/memory loss due to lack of evidence linking these conditions to his military service.

The Veteran's left tendon tear was granted service connection, while the claims for bilateral shin splints, frostbite on hands and feet, bilateral knee disorder, and low back disorder were denied.
