Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Board decisions

The Veteran's recurrent migraine headaches due to traumatic brain injury have been rated at 30 percent, the highest rating available under DC 8100. The loss of feeling over the right frontal cutaneous nerve has not resulted in a compensable rating.

The Veteran's headaches are rated at 30 percent disabling since December 14, 2010. His cognitive impairment is rated at 40 percent since October 23, 2008.
