Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Board decisions

The Veteran's claims for residuals of frostbite and acquired psychiatric disorder were partially granted. The claim for residuals of frostbite was denied, while the claim for an acquired psychiatric disorder (specifically anxiety/depression) was granted.
