The Veteran's claims for earlier effective dates for service connection have been denied.,Effective dates prior to the dates of receipt of the initial claims are not warranted.

The Board has determined that the Veteran's Grave's disease, which resulted in hypothyroidism, is related to service and granted service connection.

The Board has remanded the case due to incomplete VA treatment records from October 2020 to the present. The claim for a higher initial rating for hypothyroidism from July 8, 2016 is now before the AOJ for additional development.
