Thyroid disorder Board decisions

The Board has determined that the Veteran's thyroid cancer, vitamin D deficiency, asthma, and obstructive sleep apnea are not service-connected as they did not begin during active service or are otherwise related to an in-service injury or disease.

The Veteran's claim for a compensable disability rating for hypothyroidism is denied as the evidence does not support finding that there are compensable signs or symptoms of fatigue, constipation, and mental sluggishness.
