The Board has decided to remand the case due to a lack of VA examination regarding the relationship between the Veteran's thyroid disability and his exposure to herbicide agents in Vietnam.

The Board has remanded the Veteran's claims for service connection for glaucoma, a rating in excess of 10 percent for hypothyroidism, and a total disability rating based on individual unemployability prior to February 25, 2010. The issues are being remanded due to procedural errors and need further development.
