The Board has denied service connection for tinnitus due to lack of evidence linking the condition to service. The Veteran's claim for service connection for hypothyroidism is remanded as there are unresolved issues regarding its relationship to service.

The Board has dismissed the appeals for service connection of thyroid removal, heart condition (including PVC), and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) due to the Veteran's withdrawal prior to a decision.
