The Board has determined that the veteran does not have a current left knee disorder or Meniere's syndrome, and thus service connection for these conditions is denied. The veteran's hearing loss in his left ear is currently rated as noncompensable.

The veteran's claimed conditions were not found to be related to service, and thus his claims for service connection were denied.

The Board denied the veteran's claim for an earlier effective date of service connection for Meniere's disease with right ear hearing loss and tinnitus, finding that the appropriate effective date was February 2, 1996.

The Board found that the veteran does not currently have Meniere's disease and denied his claim for service connection.

The veteran is granted a separate 10% disability rating for tinnitus, effective June 10, 2002. The claim for an earlier effective date for service connection of various ear disabilities remains denied.

The Board has denied the veteran's claims for service connection for otitis media, cervical spine disability, vertigo, and degenerative joint disease of the lumbar and dorsal spine. The evidence did not establish a link between these conditions and military service.

The Board denied the veteran's claims of entitlement to service connection for PTSD and Vertigo due to a lack of verified in-service stressors for PTSD, and no current disability for Vertigo.
