The Board granted a 100 percent evaluation for PTSD with major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety, and alcohol-use disorder, as well as 40 percent and 30 percent evaluations for right upper extremity (dominant) carpal tunnel syndrome and left upper extremity carpal tunnel syndrome respectively, effective June 26, 2019. The Board also granted special monthly compensation under 38 U.S.C. § 1114(s).

The Veteran's PTSD was granted an increased rating of 50 percent from July 28, 2023. Other claims for increased ratings were denied.

The Board remands the claims for service connection for depression, insomnia, and arthritis (including a right wrist disability) due to insufficient evidence of record.
