The Board denied the appellant's claims for increased ratings and service connection, finding no evidence of a diagnosed condition that would warrant an increase in rating or service connection.

The Board granted service connection for PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder, and somatic symptom disorder, as well as presumptive service connection for basal cell carcinoma under the PACT Act.
