The VA has determined that there are no current residuals of the Veteran's tonsillectomy, including as examples inflamed cords or mucous membranes, signs and symptoms associated with rhinitis and sinusitis, and scarring due to an unrelated neck surgery. Therefore, a compensable rating for residuals of the tonsillectomy is not warranted.

The Board has remanded the claims for service connection due to inadequate medical opinions and new evidence submitted by the Veteran. The heart disability claim is related to service-connected GERD, while the tonsillitis claim involves a pre-existing condition noted at entry into service.

The Board has decided that a 10 percent rating for right foot callus is granted from December 1, 2011. The issue of entitlement to an initial compensable rating for tonsillectomy status post recurrent tonsillitis and service connection for GERD and dysphagia as secondary to the service-connected tonsillectomy are both remanded.

The Veteran's appeal is being remanded for additional examinations and development to address the nature, etiology, and severity of his service-connected conditions as well as any new or increased disabilities. The claims will be reconsidered after these actions.

The Board has determined that the Veteran does not have a right wrist disorder, right knee disorder, right foot disorder (including arthritis), back disorder (including arthritis), bilateral hearing loss, fungus infections of the ears, residuals of a perforated left eardrum, tonsillitis, spot on the left lung, or hemorrhoids. The skin condition is also denied.
