The veteran was granted an initial 30 percent rating for right and left ovarian cysts, a 70 percent rating for anxiety disorder with depressive symptoms and major depressive disorder with anxious distress as of October 28, 2015, and a TDIU prior to October 21, 2020. Several claims were remanded.

The deciding factor: The service-connected ovarian disability was productive of no more than right and left ovarian cysts, pain on sexual intercourse, and avoidance of sexual activity which are not controlled by continuous treatment. The psychiatric disability was productive of occupational and social impairment with deficiencies in most areas due to symptoms including depressed mood, anxiety, suspiciousness, panic attacks more than once a week, chronic sleep impairment, disturbances of motivation and mood, difficulty in establishing and maintaining effective work and social relationships, difficulty in adapting to stressful circumstances, and obsessional rituals which interfere with routing activities.
