The Veteran's service-connected left and right shoulder rotator cuff tendonitis were restored to a 10 percent rating from October 5, 2015.,A 10 percent rating was granted for the Veteran's right and left shoulder rotator cuff tendonitis prior to January 8, 2020. However, ratings in excess of these levels are denied.

The Veteran's claims for service connection and increased ratings have been granted. The initial rating of 10 percent, but not higher, has been assigned for pulmonary sarcoidosis.
