The Veteran's claim for an increased rating for her service-connected dyshydrosis of the feet is being remanded due to a lack of consideration of her symptoms during outbreaks. A new VA examination is required that considers the severity of her skin condition, especially during outbreaks.

The Board has found that another remand is warranted for updated medical records and a VA medical opinion to assess the severity of the Veteran's skin condition, particularly during outbreaks.

The Veteran's service-connected dyshydrosis of the feet is currently rated as noncompensable. The Board finds that a remand is necessary to obtain updated medical evidence and determine if additional skin conditions are present, and whether scars associated with her condition should be evaluated separately.

The Veteran's claims for service connection and increased ratings were denied. The Board found no new and material evidence to reopen the claim of service connection for tinnitus, as the current diagnosis does not support a finding that it is related to military service. For erectile dysfunction, hearing loss, dyshydrosis, and hemorrhoids, the preponderance of the evidence did not support the assignment of compensable ratings.

The Board denied the veteran's claims for increased ratings for his service-connected lumbar myositis, psychoneurosis and conversion hysteria, residuals of shrapnel wounds of the left thigh and pelvis with retained foreign bodies and scars, and residuals of shell fragment wounds of the right thigh and left leg. The veteran was also denied entitlement to a total disability rating based on individual unemployability due to service-connected disabilities.
