The Board dismissed the appeals for service connection for PTSD, left foot disability, right hand disability, and right knee disability as there is no case or controversy affecting the provision of benefits by VA over which the Board may exercise jurisdiction.

The Board remands the claim for service connection for an acquired psychiatric disorder to ensure a proper examination and etiology opinion are provided.

The Board denied service connection for tinnitus, cubital tunnel syndrome, right plantar fasciitis, and a right knee disability due to the lack of evidence supporting a nexus between these conditions and the Veteran's military service.
