Remanded (sent back)
The Board remands the claims for service connection for obstructive sleep apnea, traumatic brain injury (TBI), seizures, neurocognitive disorder, and headache disorder to obtain a new VA examination and opinion.
The deciding factor: The December 2020 VA examination was internally inconsistent and did not address the Veteran's reported symptomatology following the non-February 1985 altercation. The other VA opinions also failed to adequately address his contentions as to the onset and etiology of his disabilities.
