The Veteran was granted a 30 percent evaluation for migraine headaches prior to December 28, 2023, but the claim for a rating in excess of 50 percent from that date and claims for compensable evaluations for left wrist DeQuervain's syndrome (nondominant) and erectile dysfunction were denied.
The deciding factor: The Veteran had characteristic prostrating attacks occurring on an average of once a month over the last several months, but did not have very frequent completely prostrating and prolonged attacks productive of severe economic inadaptability. The left wrist DeQuervain's syndrome (nondominant) was not manifested by dorsiflexion limited to less than 15 degrees or palmar flexion limited in line with the forearm.
