The Board denied the veteran's claims for an initial compensable rating for erectile dysfunction, service connection for hyperlipidemia, and whether new and relevant evidence has been submitted to readjudicate a claim for benign prostatic hypertrophy. The Board granted service connection for obstructive sleep apnea secondary to posttraumatic stress disorder.
