The Board granted an effective date of February 21, 2020, for the award of a 30 percent rating for cervical spine disability and a separate 20 percent rating for right upper extremity radiculopathy.

The Board granted earlier effective dates for TDIU and DEA, but denied increased ratings for various service-connected conditions.
