The Board denied increased ratings for the Veteran's right and left hip disorders, right shoulder impingement, and degenerative arthritis of the thoracolumbar spine with spinal stenosis and bulging disc. However, a 10 percent rating was granted from April 1, 2024, for both hips based on painful motion.

The Veteran's left foot disorder was rated at 10 percent from July 21, 2023, to December 18, 2023, and a 20 percent rating was granted as of the earlier effective date of December 18, 2023.

The Board granted an earlier effective date of December 12, 2023 for service connection for residuals of a left tibia fracture and denied increased ratings for various conditions.

The Board granted service connection for major depressive disorder and anxiety, but dismissed the claims for a rating in excess of 10 percent for a right thumb disorder, a compensable rating for a right thumb scar, a rating in excess of 10 percent for a right thumb scar, and a left great toe disorder as moot. The claims for service connection for a left hip disorder, a right shoulder disorder, and PTSD were remanded.

The Board granted an effective date of December 17, 2018, for the award of service connection for other specified trauma disorder and stressor related disorder. Other claims were denied or remanded.
