The Board denied service connection for headaches and denied initial compensable disability ratings for erectile dysfunction, orchitis, unilateral, chronic, anxiety disorder, unspecified, fracture, 5th metacarpal bone, right hand, and lumbosacral strain.
The deciding factor: The evidence of record does not support the presence of a headache disability or that the Veteran's other disabilities are related to service. The Veteran's erectile dysfunction is manifested by loss of erectile power without penile deformity; orchitis, unilateral, manifests as chronic right testicular tenderness and does not result in complete atrophy of the testes, voiding or renal dysfunction, long-term drug therapy, or intensive management; anxiety disorder, unspecified, is manifested by symptoms resulting in occupational and social impairment with reduced reliability and productivity due to such symptoms as panic attacks that occur weekly or less often and disturbances of motivation and mood, but without occupational and social impairment manifesting with deficiencies in most areas; the Veteran's fracture, 5th metacarpal bone, right hand, is in receipt of the highest rating available for ankylosis or limitation of motion of the right little finger; lumbosacral strain was not manifested by forward flexion of 60 degrees or less, nor is there a showing of ankylosis of the entire thoracolumbar spine, or of incapacitating episodes having a total duration of at least 2 weeks.
