GrantedPACT Act
The Board granted service connection for hypertension, due to presumptive exposure to herbicide agents, in accordance with the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act of 2022 (PACT Act).
The deciding factor: The evidence established that the Veteran had eligible service in the territorial waters of the Republic of Vietnam, thus his hypertension is presumed to be causally related to his presumptive exposure to herbicide agents.
