DeniedPACT Act
The Board denied the appellant's claims for an earlier effective date for service connection for various conditions related to Parkinson's Disease, as these conditions arose after the passage of the PACT Act on August 10, 2022.
The deciding factor: The evidence did not show that the Veteran was exposed to herbicide agents prior to the passage of the PACT Act, and thus entitlement to service connection for Parkinson's Disease and its residuals did not arise until the effective date of the PACT Act.
