GrantedPACT Act
The veteran's claim for service connection of pituitary adenoma with left eye ptosis is granted. The decision is based on the synergistic, combined effect of all toxic exposure risk activities during his military service.
The deciding factor: The VA TERA opinion examination in June 2023 found that the Veteran's diagnosed pituitary adenoma was at least as likely as not due to the combined effects of the Veteran's conceded in-service TERA.
