Remanded (sent back)
The Board remands the appeal to the AOJ for a new medical opinion regarding the cause of the Veteran's benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and to obtain the Veteran's complete medical treatment and personnel records from his service in the United States Army Reserve.
The deciding factor: The June 2023 VA medical opinion is inadequate because it did not provide an opinion as to whether the Veteran's BPPV was related to in-service noise exposure, and a new medical opinion must be obtained to correct this error.
