24 vetted Board decisions in 2008
The veteran's current seizure disorder was not due to a disease or injury in active service.
The Board denied service connection for a genitourinary disorder and a seizure disorder as there is no evidence of chronic conditions during service or within one year of discharge, nor any competent medical evidence linking the current disabilities to active service.
The Board denied service connection for tinnitus and a left elbow disorder as there was no evidence of these conditions in service or for many months thereafter, and the weight of competent evidence did not relate them to active duty. The claims were also denied due to lack of medical nexus.
The veteran withdrew his appeals for service connection for heart disorder, back disorder (claimed as back problems), and PTSD. The appeal was also denied for residuals of head trauma, to include seizures.
