Epilepsy & seizure disorders decisions — 2023

The Veteran's PTSD is rated at 100% since November 27, 2018. Prior to that date, his PTSD was rated as 70%. The seizure disorder has not been service-connected.,VA granted Dependents' Educational Assistance (DEA) effective October 22, 2018, based on the Veteran's 100% disability rating for PTSD.
