Tuberculosis decisions — 2004

The Board has determined that the veteran does not have any of the claimed conditions and therefore service connection for malaria, dysentery, beri-beri, or pulmonary tuberculosis is denied.

The Board found no service connection for the cause of death due to any disability, including those related to active duty service or service-connected disabilities.

The Board found no evidence of emphysema or pulmonary tuberculosis during service and denied the veteran's claims for these conditions.

The Board denied service connection for ischemic heart disease and pulmonary tuberculosis as the evidence did not show these conditions were incurred or aggravated by military service.

The Board denied the veteran's claims for service connection for residuals of recurrent dislocation of the left patella, pulmonary tuberculosis, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), a low back disorder, visual problems, and a disease or disorder affecting general health. The claim for bilateral hearing loss was not addressed in this decision.
