The Board has remanded the case due to inadequate VA examination, and the Veteran's claim for service connection for pulmonary tuberculosis and related respiratory conditions is now pending.

The Veteran's claims for service connection for Crohn's disease with colitis and tuberculosis with residuals are remanded due to the need for new medical opinions regarding the etiology of these conditions, as well as a VA examination to address the synergistic effects of Gulf War exposures.

The Board has remanded the case due to insufficient evidence regarding whether the Veteran's latent tuberculosis had its onset during his period of active service, and a new VA examination is needed.

The Veteran's respiratory disability, characterized as COPD, emphysema, and pulmonary scarring fibrosis status post tuberculosis, is rated at 100 percent effective August 25, 2020.

The Board granted a 100 percent rating for the Veteran's service-connected psychiatric disability and restored ratings for right knee instability and limitation of extension, while denying compensable ratings for right knee scarring, inguinal hernia, and inguinal hernia scarring. The Veteran was also awarded special monthly compensation.

The Board has decided to remand the case for further development due to inadequate opinions regarding the Veteran's skin disorder and latent TB. The VA examiner did not address the Veteran's contentions that his skin condition is a manifestation of latent TB, which he was diagnosed with in service.

The appeal of entitlement to service connection for swelling of the feet is dismissed.,Claims of service connection for depression, removal of ovaries, tuberculosis, fibromyalgia, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), sinusitis, left leg disability, and right leg disability are remanded.

The Veteran's tuberculosis claim has been reopened, but a new VA examination is needed to determine the nature and etiology of his current pulmonary symptoms.,Both knee disability claims have been reopened, but additional medical evidence is required to decide whether they are service-connected.
