Bladder cancer Board decisions

The Veteran's service-connected bladder cancer residuals were granted a 100 percent rating from April 29, 2016, to May 1, 2018; a 20 percent rating from August 11, 2020, to June 19, 2023; and a 60 percent rating from June 20, 2023, to January 25, 2024.
