Erectile dysfunction Board decisions

The Board has decided that the Veteran's claim for service connection for erectile dysfunction as secondary to PTSD should be remanded due to insufficient medical opinions and a failure to consider certain evidence.

The Board has found that the Veteran's service connection claims for various disabilities are remanded due to errors in obtaining and reviewing VA treatment records prior to August 2019, as well as failing to schedule a VA examination.

The Board has dismissed the Veteran's appeals for service connection on all issues related to arthritis, cyst or benign growth, residuals of right-hand shrapnel wound, squamous cell cancer on the back, residual scars on lower back, hearing loss, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), diabetes mellitus, type II, erectile dysfunction, gastritis, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

The Veteran's claim for service connection for erectile dysfunction as secondary to HSV and/or PTSD is remanded due to inadequate medical opinions.

The Veteran's hypertension is granted as service-connected on a direct basis.,ED due to PTSD and hypertension is also granted as service-connected.
