The Board has dismissed the appeals for service connection for fibromyalgia, hepatitis C, hemorrhoids, a left knee disorder, and a lumbar spine disorder due to the Veteran's withdrawal of these issues.

The Veteran's right ear hearing loss, left ear hearing loss, cervical spine strain, headaches, and hemorrhoids have been granted service connection. The psychiatric disorder (adjustment disorder with depression) has not been granted service connection.

The Board denied the Veteran's claim for a total disability rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU) as his service-connected disabilities do not preclude him from securing and following a substantially gainful occupation.
