Hemorrhoids decisions — 2023

The Veteran's request for a restoration of the 50 percent disability rating for service-connected anxiety disorder associated with hemorrhoids, effective March 1, 2018, is granted. The appeal regarding entitlement to a rating in excess of 50 percent and TDIU remains pending.
