The Veteran's claims for service connection for various disabilities are being remanded due to the need for additional examinations and consideration of his claims.,The Veteran is seeking service connection for a left hip disability, right knee disability, low back disability, and frostbite residuals. The Board has requested further examination and review of his medical records to determine if these conditions are related to his service-connected left knee disability or other in-service events.,The Veteran also seeks TDIU based on his service-connected disabilities.

The Board has granted service connection for right knee, left knee, right hip, left hip, and low back disabilities as secondary to service-connected bilateral pes planus.

The Veteran's service connection claims for a lumbar spine condition, diabetes mellitus, rosacea, bilateral hip condition, onychomycosis, urticaria (urticaria), sinusitis, and fatigue were all denied. The claim for compensation under 38 U.S.C.A. § 1151 for urticaria was granted.

The Board denied the Veteran's claims for service connection for various conditions, including right foot pes planus, left hip disability, cervical spine DDD, shoulder and upper extremity disabilities, lumbar spine DDD, bilateral knee disability, lower extremity nerve disability, fibromyalgia, and left ankle disability. The appeals were based on the submission of new and material evidence.

The Board found that the Veteran's right hip and lumbar spine disabilities were not incurred or aggravated by his service, nor are they proximately due to or the result of any disease or injury in service. The evidence does not support a finding of service connection for these conditions.

The Board denied the Veteran's claims for service connection for bilateral wrist disability, right hip disability, and lumbar spine disability. The Veteran's claim of entitlement to service connection for depression was not reopened due to lack of new and material evidence. His claim of entitlement to service connection for left hip disability was reopened based on new evidence submitted since the previous denial.

The Board has determined that service connection is not warranted for a right hip disability. The Veteran's low back strain with degenerative disease was evaluated as 10% disabling.

The Veteran's claims for service connection were denied. The Board found that the evidence did not support a link between his current disabilities and his military service.

The Veteran's claim for compensation under 38 U.S.C.A. § 1151 was denied as there is no evidence showing that the additional disability resulted from VA carelessness, negligence, lack of proper skill, error in judgment or similar fault.

The Board found that the Veteran's left hip disability and bilateral hearing loss disability were not incurred or aggravated by service. The left hip disability was not shown to be related to a disease or injury in service, and the bilateral hearing loss disability did not manifest within one year of separation from service.

The Board denied the Veteran's claims for service connection for cervical spine and bilateral hip disabilities due to a lack of evidence showing an in-service injury or disease related to these conditions.

The Board found that the Veteran did not incur an additional disability as a result of VA medical treatment, and thus denied his claim for compensation under 38 U.S.C. § 1151.

The Board found that there is no current diagnosis of a bilateral hip or knee disability and denied the Veteran's claims for service connection.

The Veteran's appeal is being remanded for additional development, including scheduling a videoconference hearing.

The Board has denied the appellant's claims to reopen his service connection for hip disability, cervical spine osteoarthritis, and back disability (including arthritis of the lumbar spine). The RO found that no new and material evidence had been submitted.
