Hip decisions — 2016

The Board has reopened the claim for service connection for bilateral hearing loss and granted a 60 percent disability rating. The other issues remain pending.

The Board has remanded the case due to lack of substantial compliance with prior remand directives. The Veteran is required to provide additional information regarding her service and post-service treatment, as well as undergo VA examinations for her claimed disabilities.

The Veteran's claims for service connection are being remanded due to his request for a videoconference hearing. His TDIU claim remains pending and requires issuance of a statement of the case.

The Veteran's claims for service connection for left hip disability, right hip disability, and gastrointestinal disorder have been denied as there is no evidence of a current disability or any link to service.
