Hip Board decisions

The Board has denied service connection for a left hip disability and remanded the issue of service connection for a low back disability due to lack of evidence of current disabilities.

The Veteran's PTSD is rated at 70% prior to February 18, 2014. The Board has granted a higher rating for PTSD but has remanded the issue of service connection for a right hip disability.
