The Veteran's additional anxiety, depression, headache, and tinnitus disabilities are not service-connected under 38 U.S.C.A. § 1151 due to VA fault.

The Veteran's service-connected migraine headaches have been granted a 30 percent evaluation effective from September 1, 2009. The previous evaluations were maintained.

The Veteran's appeal is being remanded to the RO for scheduling a Travel Board hearing. The case will be returned to the Board after the scheduled hearing.
