Multiple sclerosis decisions — 2015

The Board has determined that the severance of service connection for multiple sclerosis with impairment of the upper and lower extremities was improper, and restoration of service connection is granted from the effective date of severance. The termination of eligibility for DEA was also improper, and restoration of eligibility is granted from the effective date of the termination.

The Board has granted the Veteran's claims for service connection for multiple sclerosis and erectile dysfunction, but dismissed his claims for bilateral hearing loss, tinnitus, urinary complications, and an acquired psychiatric disability (claimed as depression or anxiety).
