PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) decisions — 2025

The Board denied an earlier effective date for the award of service connection for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), finding that May 15, 2023, was the appropriate date of receipt of claim and entitlement to service connection arose at the latest in April 2023.
