PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) Board decisions

The Board denied service connection for an acquired psychiatric disorder other than PTSD.,The Board also denied a higher rating for the respiratory disability (asthma with obstructive sleep apnea and paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea) prior to May 5, 2015. Beginning May 5, 2015, the Veteran's respiratory disability was rated at 30 percent.
