Sinusitis Board decisions

The Board has denied the veteran's claim for service connection for sinusitis, finding that there is no current diagnosis of the condition and no evidence of an undiagnosed illness or medically unexplained chronic multi-symptom illness (MUCMI) causing symptoms. The Board also found that the appellant did not have a qualifying chronic disability under 38 U.S.C. § 1117, as sinusitis is considered to be a disability with understood pathophysiology.
