Sleep apnea Board decisions

The Board has determined that the VA examinations related to sleep apnea and depression are inadequate, and thus remands for further examination and medical opinions are necessary.

The Board denied the Veteran's claims for service connection for diabetes mellitus, type II and ischemic heart disease due to lack of new and material evidence. The claims for back disability, mental health condition, and sleep apnea were also denied as there was no evidence linking these conditions to his military service.
