Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Board decisions

The Board has remanded the case for further development, including obtaining service treatment records and private medical records to determine if the Veteran's current conditions are related to his military service.

The Veteran's initial evaluations for neurological and cognitive impairment residuals due to traumatic brain injury, as well as behavioral residuals including major depression, were denied. The evidence did not support the assignment of a compensable evaluation.
