Hemorrhoids Board decisions

The Board has remanded the claims for sleep apnea, hemorrhoids, and acne skin condition due to insufficient evidence of service connection. The Veteran participated in toxic exposure risk activities during her service.

The Veteran's left wrist fracture residuals are rated at 10 percent, but the Board finds that there is no legal basis to award a higher rating under the applicable diagnostic codes.,The Veteran's hemorrhoids are currently rated as noncompensable. The Board notes that the current version of the rating criteria may not be applied until March 20, 2024.

The Veteran's claim of entitlement to a TDIU is being remanded due to the inextricability with other pending claims for service connection. The issues of prostate cancer and anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder are also being remanded.
