Hemorrhoids Board decisions

The Veteran's appeals for service connection on multiple conditions have been dismissed due to withdrawal of the appeal. The Board also remanded several issues related to back, headaches, diabetes mellitus, cerebral ischemia (transient), cardiomegaly (syncope), angioedema, and hemorrhoids.
