The Veteran's appeals have been withdrawn prior to the Board issuing a decision.

The Board has decided to remand the Veteran's claims for additional development due to an inadequate VA examination in January 2010.

The Board has determined that none of the Veteran's claimed disabilities began during service or are related to service in any other way.

The Veteran's service-connected left hip disability does not warrant a compensable rating as his range of motion is within normal limits and there is no evidence of degenerative arthritis.

The Board has determined that the Veteran's current bilateral shoulder and hip disabilities are not related to his active military service, and thus denied the claims for service connection.

The Board has determined that the Veteran does not have a right hip disability that is etiologically related to service. The claim for increased ratings for bilateral hearing loss and PTSD, as well as the TDIU issue, are also being remanded.

The Veteran's claims for increased ratings for left knee traumatic arthritis, left heel plantar fasciitis, and hemorrhoids were denied. The claim for service connection for a left hip disability was remanded.

The Veteran's appeal is being remanded to the AOJ for a Board hearing.

The Veteran's service-connected thoracic spine disability is denied. His left knee and right knee disabilities are granted with increased ratings, while his service-connected lumbar spine disability remains at a 20 percent rating.

The Board found that the Veteran's preexisting left hip disability was aggravated by his service, and thus granted service connection.

The Board has denied the Veteran's claims for service connection for eczema, left epicondylitis, a left hip condition, and a lumbar spine condition. The evidence does not support a finding that these conditions are related to his active duty service.

Service connection for a dental disability for compensation purposes was not granted due to lack of qualifying conditions.

The Board has ordered additional development due to the lack of records from the Miami VAMC prior to September 1998. The Veteran is seeking service connection for bilateral knee and left hip disabilities, which are currently denied.

The Board has remanded the case for additional development, including obtaining VA medical records and personnel files. The claims for service connection will be reconsidered based on the new evidence.

The Veteran withdrew his appeals for service connection for left knee, right knee, left hip, and right hip disabilities, as well as an increased rating for residual ligament laxity of the right ankle. The Board has dismissed these appeals.

The Veteran's left hip disability does not result in limitation of motion that would warrant a higher evaluation, and the current 10 percent rating adequately reflects the severity of her condition.

The Board has granted the Veteran's claims of service connection for bilateral hearing loss disability, tinnitus, and right knee disability. The low back disability claim was denied as not having had its onset in service or being otherwise related to service. Service connection is also denied for left knee disability and bilateral hip disability.
